Registration

Registration for the Theme Day is FREE for SITGEC Members. If you do not wish to become a member the registration fee is 250 Euros.

Registration guidelines

Abstract submissions

There are no abstract submissions for this event

Payment guidelines

Payment by credit or debit card is preferred and will ensure your registration is activated immediately; our payment services are handled by STRIPE. Please note that you do NOT need to have an account with STRIPE in order to use this service.

  • Payments by bank transfer must be received within 2 weeks of your invoice date.

  • All unpaid registrations for which correspondence has not been received 10 days before the event will be deleted.

Invoices

Invoices are available to view and download from the 'Orders' page in your online account. PLEASE NOTE that no separate invoices will be created or sent by the congress office.
Once payment has been received you will be sent a payment confirmation email.

Cancellations and substitutions

Partial refunds are offered for cancellations received up to 20 days before the event. Please note the percentage of refund available is dependent on the amount of notice received. See our Registration Cancellation Policy outlined in the Registration Terms and Conditions for full details.

 

You may transfer your registration to someone else within your organisation. Please request this in writing to accounts@sitgec.it.

 

Membership cannot be transferred, and if the registration is a member-discounted or free registration, the colleague the registration is transferred to will need to purchase relevant membership. Refunds for differing registration fees will not be given.

Certificates

A Certificate of Attendance and a Certificate of Presentation (where applicable) will be available in your online SITGEC account after the event.
